Simple tips so you can stay young. There are actually two types of factors supporting youth, namely congenital factors (nature) and artificial factors (nurture). Congenital factors inherent in our genetic and can not be changed anymore. However, for the second factor, we can still change by doing the following things:
Can anyone guess the tips to the 10th? :)
- Eat less meat, eating vegetables and fruits multiply.
- Reduce drinking soft drinks, drink water and natural fruit juices.
- Rest and sleep less (no excess, no deficiency).
- Find a job you enjoy, do not be forced.
- If you hurt someone else, forgive. Revenge = poison.
- No need to bother with other people talk about you.
- Thankful and grateful for everything that has been owned.
- Realize that there is no problem that can not be solved.
- Smile. But should the smile that comes out from the heart you know.
- (guess what?)
